HOW CAN I GET A GIFT Certificate?

  • Gift certificates can be purchased online, over the phone, or in person. They can only be redeemed for tickets to our shows.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

  • The Town of Cobalt offers free street parking. There is also a very small parking area behind the classic that can be reached via a driveway off of Silver St.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED AT THE BOX OFFICE?

  • Cash, all major credit cards, and Classic Theatre Cobalt gift certificates.

DO CHILDREN NEED A TICKET?

  • For shows presented by the Classic Theatre Cobalt, any child under the age of two does not require a ticket unless the child requires a seat. If the show is not part of our regular season, it is up to the performers to decide on ticket requirements for children. ​

ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?

  • No, tickets are strictly non-refundable unless a show is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled. 

  • Tickets for rescheduled shows remain valid. If you require a refund, you must make the request PRIOR to the new performance date.

ARE WE ABLE TO BRING REFRESHMENTS INTO THE THEATRE?

  • The only refreshment allowed in the auditorium is bottled water. If the event is licensed, all alcoholic beverages must be consumed in our mezzanine. Any food at an event must also be consumed in the mezzanine.

  • Please note that we do not permit outside food and beverages in any area of our theatre.
